The legs would be removed for one end. The table top cut to the size required. Legs reattached using the same method they are now attached. But my gut says of you are asking it is over your skill level and I would recommend buying a smaller table. I know it is not something I would tackle.

It won't work, no matter what you do with the table. Chairs need 3' to pull back to allow a guest to push back and get up. So, the space itself needs to allow 6' just for the chairs.

Before you buy anything? Draw the kitchen and show that area, and NOTE the feet and inches. If near a mud entry? show that as well. Upload a drawing.

Table height tables should be at least 36" deep, not 30". At table-height, each person needs 18" of leg space under the table. Assuming people on each side of the table, the table should be 18" + 18" = 36" deep. If your family is tall or has long legs, then 42" is better.

Now, if this is just a short-term, perching situation, then the shallower table might work if you put a bench along the left wall so there's no need for 3' on that side of the table -- figure 21" for the bench.

From the looks of it (no measurements provided), you're still going to have a cramped table space, though. Is this your only table space? Do you have a separate Dining Room elsewhere?

Honestly? I'd put a small bistro-style table there with a couple of chairs b/c that looks like a very tight space! Or, when redoing the Kitchen, extend the counters into that space for more workspace & storage and forget about a table there. The window minus the bottom trim looks to be counter-height.

Sell your table on facebook marketplace and buy another one on facebook market place.

Windsor chairs a great look but they take up a ton of space both physically and visually. They are not idea for a corner nook.

How many people and of what age will you typically seat at this table and how often? Also, are you large people? I understand Beuhl's measurements are correct. But I also know that tight space doesn't always work for the idea.

If you've been asked for the dimensions of the space and you haven't provided those dimensions? You will keep buying tables and selling tables.

Get off Instagram, go buy a tape measure and a piece of paper, draw the open space, with counter top and island edges and wall and window......and note the feet and inches. Or, you can keep guessing what will fit and look good.

All the answers will be " maybe" might work" "seems like" etc. Many happy "returns" : )
