Options I am leaning towards

I think you are choosing a very light sage green and maybe that will totally work. Do you have other green you want to coordinate with or is this an accent color? I think I would choose a white like your new shower tile (and the toilet) or go with something that will blend in with the nice wood walls. As far as size, I think that might depend on if you need the extra space between the vanity and the toilet...sometimes folks put a trash can near the toilet. If you don't need the space, I would try to make the vanity wide enough so the space on right and left of the toilet is close to even. BTW, I'm male so you know we lean toward white!

Just noticed you have a couple of vanity choices pictured that have feet so double check that your tile extends under your current vanity and that your plumbing drain/water supply lines are/or can be made compatible with a footed vanity.

Yes! Good way to make my contractor dislike me very much. The flooring extends under and the connection point is lower portion of the wall. Or else I would’ve done some floating options as I love those!! Thanks John!
