I find white with black accents done to death, but on your house it might look good. In the absence of that, I'd paint the stucco, the stone and the siding the same color. Or possibly slightly different shades of the same color, for example the stone and siding a few shades darker than the stucco. I'd put a small tree or large shrub between the windows on the left part of the hosue.

I mean, you can get to that, but it will involve $$$ and throwing away perfectly functional finishes (like windows). Are you sure you want to do all that, or might you do some landscaing this year and re-evaluate after you've been there a while?

I think black and white is too contrast. I would go with charcoal or muted black and white instead.

Yes, I should have been more clear. I wouldn’t do a real black, but a dark slate or something instead.
I am open to other ideas as well!! Just something to update the house a little more.

The sporadic siding is distracting. Why not run it across the face of the house?

If it were me, I’d want to simplify the front of the house and have it all one color - and I agree low contrast with the white windows — then $$ for landscaping will go a really long way

I’m wondering if those slatted panels are original to the house. Yes or no, though, I’d keep them. I wouldn’t do a dark color on them as it seems too much contrast. Im not sure I love your existing colors together, though I like the amount of contrast. I’d look at a lighter to mid tone range of colors, using neutrals. It’s a very cool house and I’d want to keep it close to its origins.
