Was out on a walk in the neighborhood, and spotted this beautiful peony. Here's what I can tell so far:

Fragrance: I could smell its fragrance across the street! Smells both extremely sweet (candy-like) but also very floral.

Habit: Definitely looks like it could use mechanical support--but we've also had a ton of rain in Kansas.

Bloom time: It likely bloomed around the same time as or just

after my Festiva Maxima and Duchesse de Nemours, but everything is blooming a bit early here.

Bloom form: Maybe a single?
