My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

leveling slopping concrete

leveling an existing outdoor slopping concrete pad

Featured Answer

Looks like more than one badly done pour. And a lot of cracking and/or settling in addition to the slope. It might make the most sense in the long run to break it all up, remove it and have a new pour done by a concrete specialist, addressing any change in grade.

There is no other easy fix to this.
