Absolutely no to the fake copper gutter- they look fake forever. And frankly gutters aren’t a ‘feature’ to be emphasized with color- white to match your trim is perfect. I use copper gutters on brick buildings because they fade to dark brown and blend into the brick… as to body color I think it needs to be more saturated than what you have now, and somewhat earth toned because of the brick. I love roycroft pewter which is a soft grey green.

Nice house! I actually like the white siding with your brick. Another option would be a gray/green that would work with the brick and roof. I would want the gutters to be a color that disappears.

I would also consider removing the shutters since the windows aren’t the right style or size for them.

I think there are several colors you could consider.

As for the gutters - I would leave them to match as close as possible so they aren't a feature.

I'd go with a very light green/gray for the siding. Agree that the gutters should blend with the siding, not be a stand-out feature.

No to wrapping the columns with cedar. Does not go with the house and at this point it’s a flipper trend. You have a nice classic house. New color on the siding, probably remove the shutters, update the landscaping if you want. It doesn’t need a bunch of stuff added to it.
