The choices you're listing are secondary accent lighting. What are you installing for task lighting. 450 lumens minimum at the counter to comfortably illuminate what you're working on in food prep and cleanup. Led recessed 4" fixtures are common on dimmers.

I don't like either of those chandelier fixtures. They remind me of a joker hat.
