Gas cooktop cabinet base

I am redoing *part* of my kitchen. The easy thing to do would be to just put in a gas range and call it a day. However, I would rather get a 30" cabinet and put a cabinet base and a cooktop. I would like to get a cooktop like the one pictured so that I do not have to try to get a small amount of countertop to match to get the drop in style cooktop. I have not been able to find the right kind of cabinet- I think I am not searching the right thing maybe because I see pictures of these cooktops with cabinet bases everywhere, just not the cabinet bases themselves. Where can I find the cabinet base?

That is a range top, not a cook top. You need a better quality semi custom line that has a range top drawer base.

Our cabinets are from Barker. For our range top we ordered a 2-drawer base cabinet at the exact height/width we needed. https://www.barkercabinets.com/2-drawer-base-cabinet-p/b2drtall.htm

Unless you are painting the cabinets, what is your plan for one cabinet to be different from the others? For counter top when that is an issue

Unless you are willing to take on the 160K upscale remodel (average) to bring the whole kitchen to that upscale level that uses a rangetop, stick with the cabinets you have, and a cooktop.

An induction cooktop is good to explore. Bosch has good models.

If you want a new cooktop, go for it! Forget the range top that belongs in a different kitchen.

Do you know what brand of cabinets you have? Can you post a photo? Long time ago when many companies didn't have the right cabinet for a range top, we used to use the deep wall cabinets that go over a ref, a horizontal filler and build a toe kick platform then field install a rollout or 2. Maybe you can do something like that if your cabinet brand doesn't offer the shorter base needed.
