Recently moved into a Tudor Revival home and am uncovering all sorts of details (good and not so good).

The fireplace is brick and stone, with the stone mirroring the stone detail on the exterior entrances to the home (see pics). I stripped the paint layers away from the stone detail but am not going to be able to the same with the brick. The home is a hundred years old and the fireplace has been through a LOT of iterations. The mantle is original, so that's not changing.

Hoping to get thoughts on painting techniques or other ideas to make the fireplace brick and stone align more with each other. Would like to keep the stone natural but it looks a little...off with the white brick. Thank you, in advance!
