That's actually a porcelain tile; no worry on how to take care of it as it's not porous. As for paint color to coordinate; where is the tile? Kitchen? Bathroom?

Any shade of beige, light off white, very warm gray, sage greens, blues.. Need some more context - what room , what else is in the room, how much light?

I had something similar in my previous house's primary bath. The wall color was BM Pale Almond, OC-2 (also known as 951).

Thanks everyone. This is a hallway with a lot of natural light. The hallway is leading to an addition that we will eventually convert to a mother-in-law quarters. At the moment all the trim and existing walls are white.
