It will very probably self-abort the vast majority of those fruits, possibly even all of them. If I think a persimmon tree isn't big enough to support any fruit I'll remove all the fruitlets, but if I think it's big enough to support even a very small crop, I generally won't thin it at all but leave it to self-abort however much it will. If I were to thin a fruiting kaki persimmon, I'd probably wait until the fruitlets were at least quarter sized, by which time many would probably have aborted on their own.

Thanks. I have already actually removed 75% of them. Last year I thought I pinched all of the flowers off but turns out some where hiding and I ended up with 6 good sized fruits.
