Shade sails overhead would work since the sightline is from above. You can have several of them at different angles and pitches conveniently placed to block things.

When we put our sails up we attached them to the house and then installed wood posts where needed. Tie them off to a tree or fence.

Freestanding vertical screen segments would work strategically placed around the table or seating areas...they could be any height needed. You just want to avoid the driving range look.
