Instead of the top right corner next to the reception desk put the beverages in the bottom left corner. I for one would be intimidated to take beverages with a receptionist right there unless they ask every client " Would you like a beverage?"

You have room to slide the two chairs on the long wall down to create more room between the chairs.

Upholstery should not be cloth. Go with something less likely to harbor bacteria than more. Wood may be more attractive but again think about what all had to be taken away during COVID and what couldn't be kept sanitized. Metal and vinyl will go with your vibe. The cement thing makes me laugh. What was it 15 or so years ago cement counter tops were being lauded by the HGTV crowd. Our local liquor store fell for it. The chips and pock holes were stupid a year later. I noticed yesterday they have new laminate counters. Sooo more forgiving with glass bottles!!

Have you purchased the chairs? Have at least one chair that has a weight capacity to hold a larger client.

what would help first is placement of the items i need, and then we can select the actual items :) For ex, shd the reception desk go in front of the brick wall -centered, or off in the corner near window and brick wall, or perpendicular to the window near front door like on the floorplans?
