Just had Marble installed on my bathroom vanity. They left and I noticed these white marks that are almost lines. They feel like they are on the surface but I tried to clean them off with soap and water and they did not come off. I called and sent pics to fabricator and they are coming out tomorrow to look at them. They may be scratches. My contractor is saying that scratches are inherent to the marble but I have marble in 2 bathrooms and my kitchen and all have scratches after 7 years but none this significant. Will this be repairable? Should I demand a replacement?
