My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Beautiful design! Can you tell us the trim color and style for baseboards and windows? (Hard to tell from pics if it is a drywall return around the windows or white trim.) Thank you!

    Thank you! The trim color is Benjamin Moore White Dove OC-17. There is casing around the windows that is 3-1/2” wide, it is a custom profile. The base height is 5-1/2” tall and its also a custom profile. Hope this helps!
