Tough to say from pictures that close up. Be careful asking for them to "fix" it as many times with tile and Schluter the "fix?" will be worse than it is now. I would not be thrilled with the quality of the work but again tough to judge anything from a close up.

For what you’re probably paying for that tile and the cost of the labour I would say you’re definitely not being too picky.

In my opinion, you are not being too picky. As already posted above, the tile saw blade is too dull. Those chippy looking cuts shouldn’t happen if the blade is te correct type for the material + new(er).. I would be upset re: the results.

Thanks, y’all - our contractor tried to play it down - he’s sending another tile guy to try to address it - not sure what can be done short of removing and redoing.
