Outdoor lighting should follow Dark Sky Principles which fixtures that shine upwards or outwards or illuminate a wall such as those pictured above do not. It would certainly make sense to install a fixture to illuminate the area in front of the main door but a light above the to-be-installed window wouldn't accomplish anything. A narrow-beam downlight above each garage door whose light was directed downward but not onto the door would make sense but I wouldn't think that there would be a need for a light between the doors as the space isn't wide. No floodlights. Motion sensors would make sense. Minimize light spillage to the outside from interior garage lights too. I'd consider low-voltage path lights along the edge of the grass to guide walkers to the garage.

Your garage appears to be in an open/rural (?) area. Minimize the lighting and see the stars!
