Before you start painting, you need to do some repair work on the stucco and outdoor grill. That will need to dry out before you paint.

indeed, the first stage after the scaffolding is completed will be the repair works on the walls as well ( the building was not much maintained for abt 30 yrs).

Once the first repairs are done, the painting will take place.

In respect of repair materials, we will proceed with kerakoll, durostick and other well known materials.

Regarding the colors.. that s where we need your thoughts !

You seem to be considering quite a few different colours, I would stay with just one and paint the chimney and front wall the same colour with black accents. Look at this link for inspiration for your style of home:
