Are these weatherstrips okay?

I just had Marvin essential and elevates installed yesterday. I have not inspected the majority of our window weatherstrips as they are casements and don’t have the hardware installed yet. We have 5 double hung windows though and the weatherstrips on 4 of them are misshapen/ bent. One appears to be coming off entirely. Is this something to bring up or not really a big deal and just a result of shipping? Obviously I would like new windows to be perfect but also don’t want to nag anyone if it’s no biggie.
The other thing is one side of our quad slider is difficult to open and close. The other side is much better. Our installers worked for a long time trying to make it easier with no luck. Should I escalate this issue as well or is the side that can be locked to be stationary just more difficult?

Our builder is on vacation the rest of the week so I can’t verify but to my knowledge they are. I didn’t hear any complaints about installation other than the one slider door. It’s not awful but more difficult than it should be. The DHs are easy to open and close. I need to get hardware installed on the casements and check all those weatherstrips as well. The framing crew made off with our speed square but I will try to verify everything is square.

No, not normal. I have Marvin and mine were delivered April 2021 during all the covid issues & delays and none of them looked like that.

That second picture looks bad and IMO that window should have never been installed.

Your GC needs to quality check the materials before installation (or, sadly, you do). Address qualitty issues before things get too far. Manufacturer can say things like "that was damaged on site" or "that was damaged during installation" making any sort of claim more difficult.

I thought it was part of the home owner's job to 'nag'. It has been my experience that a home owner will 'nag' until it comes to a point where they realize they hired professionals and they know what they are doing, and there is no sense in nagging. Ask questions until you are comfortable.
