I would like to have some advice please regarding the installation underneath my threshold of my sliding patio doors. The doors are facing a concrete balcony. This is a 4 year old condo building. I removed the decorative molding to verify under if it was well insulated/installed. I found spots that are missing insulation. Both sides look empty. I keep finding tiny insects (these are attracted to humidity/fungi) I didn’t find any water. I advised the Condo association because I myself cannot change anything. However, should this be something to fix fast? Thank you
