Don't know about the quality of these sofas but looks like you're buying second hand. I'm not particularly a fan of the style. Can't say much about the layout as you haven't posted a detailed floor plan but here's a picture of a tan leather sofa with blue walls for a chic subdued look.

I think they could work, but I probably wouldn’t use all three pieces and maybe just the sofa. Clean and condition the leather, they look like they are in good condition. Stanley is a more modestly priced line of furniture maker, although usually solid.
