Help replacing window pane

A hailstorm smashed up one of our windows pretty badly and we're trying to figure out how to replace the glass. The model of house is a 90s Skyline doublewide mobile home, two panes. One half lifts up so air can come from the outside. The rim of the window is surounded by the metal framing shown in the image.
