You want to find a color darker than Agreeable Gray but lighter than Chelsea gray? Is that correct?

You might be using the wrong terminology. These two colors don’t differ that much in ”light and dark,” they are very different colors with AG basically a gray beige and CG a neutral gray. If you choose a more saturated, deeper hue of AG you end up with brown.

Are you possibly looking for something that takes you from beige to gray? That still has a little warmth but is notably cooler?

Big Chill is less saturated (so lighter) than CG. It is also grayer than AG, but it is about the same saturation (not darker).

Mindful Gray is about the same saturation (not darker) as CG but more saturated (darker) than AG.

Walls are cheaper and easier to paint than cabinets which require an awful lot of prep work. Pick the cabinet color, and then wall color that coordinates with the cabinets. Floors and tops need to considered as well as lighting.
