Blazing Saddles is having a very good year here too. It has always been fairly good, but I think that recent climate change may have made our clime more friendly to some of Dan's. I wish that Deeds Not Words were hardy here (haven't tried it, but B's evergreens usually aren't). Confessions looks very good. Most of Judy's are showing well this year, with a few exceptions. Cary Grant is a very good cultivar here--underrated, I think, but doesn't have enough bells and whistles for some.

I wish you could find the perfect house with someone like my son. They wanted to stay in theirs as long as possible for a lot of reasons mainly pertaining to their new build, vacation, etc etc. However, most people want to sell and get out.

Blazing Saddles always looks good in your photos. What a clump of El Desperado! Cary Grant is a pretty color. You did catch some pretty colors on Returnto Camelot. I like the little edge on Unbound and the Pink Extraordinaire seedling is another pretty one!

El desperado was really showing off yesterday. Lovely seedling….like it more cause its a semi! Such nice color on Cary Grant….wondering if it is similar to Her best Bloomers whose color cant be beat.

I like Cary Grant Unbound, and also Confessions of a Hemaholic. I like the large whitish watermark on it.

Mantis - I'm glad to know Blazing Saddles and Cary Grant do well in your climate. Confessions of a Hemaholic is short and short on buds this time. It's never been anywhere close to its registered height. Its value to me is it sets pods when temps are in the 90s.

Sherry - El Desperado performs well every year. I could be wrong, but I don't think the color of Cary Grant is similar to Her Best Bloomers.

blazing Saddles looks great. Cary Grant is a nice co;lor. I like the blooms very well on Confessions of a Hemaholic but it didn't has as many as usual at my house either. Mr Maroy is a beauty and I really like your Pink Extraordinaire X $exy Samantha #2 seedling.

I hate that you couldn't get that house. It is sad to find what you are looking for and to miss out on it. Hopefully the next time you will win out.

Maryl - The color of Confessions is so much better this year since we've had regular rain. Hoopla and Unbound both always have beautiful flowers.

Kay - Blazing Saddles is one of my favorites. It's good to see it blooming on tall scapes again after it was so short last year. That Pink Ex seedling multiplied the slowest, but then this year it more than doubled in fans. I wasn't planning on keeping it until it multiplied so well.

I too really like Cary Grant [both the flower and his movies!]. It is a great color. Mr. Mayor and Hoopla are great colors and very pretty too.
