Master bath vanity - back-to-back alternatives

We have a new build underway and are working plans. See attached plan for the master and bath. Specific to the sink/vanity area….curious to input on the “back-to-back” configuration….wondering if it will feel strange….at minimum the lighting needs to be above each respective sink and not in the middle….i also stumbled across a different back to back arrangement - see pic. Has anyone experienced either of these and any thoughts? The current configuration….in a way feels like there isn’t privacy….we’ve also been married a long time so likely not something to worry about!
