I don’t know what ‘code stone from banas’ is but that looks like natural stone acting like natural stone. Natural dark stone always scratches lighter. They fade with time.

Seems to me to pretty usual for real stone if you wanted black you should have done some other product and I agree no matter what the pots need saucers .I do not see code stone do you mean Kota ? Balck stones are tricky they are often some more black than others since they are natural stone I am not sure about the customer service .

It is called Koda from Banas. We had the same stone installed from another company and no problems.
