Where do the doors lead? Is there any existing plumbing?

While there can be some advantages to looking at it as a blank slate, the reality is that moving plumbing is very expensive, so it doesn't hurt to keep in mind where everything is now. When we remodeled ours a couple years ago we only moved the toilet over to the next floor joist cavity (about nine inches). We moved the shower controls to another wall, but the drain didn't move. The plumbing for sinks has a couple inches of wiggle room, so we were able to expand the size of the vanity without moving anything. So can you show us the as-built condition? Also, tell us what you don't like about the current configuration. You will get better advice that way. Everyone does not want the same thing. As bpath said, we also need to know how this space relates to the spaces it's next to, so which rooms do those doors open into?

Thank you both. I have updated the post to include existing layout. We are expanding the bathroom into existing closet and moving the closet to an existing storage area. The goal is to make a larger better master bath with double vanity and add a shower. Thanks!
