Hello ,Beginner gardener here.

Any ideas on what could be causing my container Grape shoots & leaves to turn yellow & brown? The PH is at a 7 is this too high? (I’ve gotten conflicting info when researching). It’s in a 15 gallon pot with well draining soil. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

(I only removed mulch in order to do soil testing)
