I'm not familiar with these particular brands, but I'll assume the more expensive they are, the more customization options you have? If that's the case, then I'd say that splurging on nice cabinets is a decision you won't regret over time.

IMO more expensive does not always mean better . I use Ikea a lot becuse I like they way they are made , the syles and the warranty they are very affordable. You need to see what the differences are and how important those are to you. IMO plywood boxes do not mean better either do wood cabinets if you are painting. I like a melamine interior for all drawers and cabinets for ease of cleaning. Take some time to analyse what it is you have to have.

The only reason we would go with the more expensive ones is that we like the color choices for wood for the base cabinets. The wall cabinets would be white so MDF would be fine. I am the ne who wants the kitchen the way I want but I feel thw money difference is too much, while my husband is willing to give it ( very unusual situation for us LOL)!

They import it all in flatpack form from china. Just look at ImportGenius.
