TV/Wall Dilemma

We are the second owners of the home we’re in now. The previous owners not only took the cabinets against the TV wall but never finished the shiplap on the wall. We would need 3 gray cabinets and we cannot find cabinets that are the correct dimensions to take up the space (70x32x18ish).

Go stand back. Take pictures of the entire room. Several. All angles.

There is no "ish" in design. Why can't you finish the wall treatment.......or we need you to do a drawing of the wall.......accurately.

Do you want to leave the shiplap or remove it? Can you stand back and take more photos so we can see the entire area. You could look at getting a long, low console for the TV and bookcases for either side. Something like you see here below:
