I have a hachiya persimmon bought as a bare root and planted out 3Y ago. It's been very slow in growing and out inland temperatures can be unforgiving in the summer, climbing into the 90s during the afternoon and dropping into the 60s at night. I've watered twice a week which seems to be fine until the leaves show these black spots. A couple of the leaves are also turning into these mutlti-colored leaves. It's way to early for the autumn colors so I'm guessing it's not a good sign. Is it a infection, a deficiency, a trauma? Any hope of reversing it? Any help would be much appreciated.
