My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Custom railing??

I have been looking all over for a railing that looks like this one. Was it custom made? What material is it made of?

    Hi,

    The railing is custom and was designed in house. The vertical stanchions are steel flat bar. The verticals are paired at the ends to help resist bending. There is also a continuous flat bar top rail under the Ipe rail cap to provide additional stiffness. The cable system hardware is manufactured by Ultra-Tec. I hope that helps.
