Can you post a photo of the other side of the house that has ‘cream colored siding’. Probably paint everything that color so it’s cohesive. If only those two windows have shutters remove them.

I'd remove the shutters. I'd probably go with a warm olive for the paint, as I like the cream trim and the olive siding in the center section. I'd probably keep the metal posts cream, unless you dislike them, in which case I'd do a dark bronze or black. I like them, but have noticed lots of Houzzers think they are "dated" (a really annoyed term and concept when it comes to houses). I'd do all the siding the same color. Examples.

Here’s the side view; there are shutters on the side as well. They don’t match so I was going to get new shutters so they all match. Thoughts?

You need to take the shutters off to paint. Once the house is all painted, you can decide about the shutters. The part in front that is grayish color, should be painted the same color as the sides of the house, so it all looks like it is part of the same house. If you like the cream colored siding on the end, then paint the front siding cream too. Otherwise, a nice light sage green would look nice on all the siding (front and sides) too.
