We're in the midst of a flooring dilemma and could really use your advice! Our home came with beautiful plank tile throughout, except for the bedrooms which currently have carpet. Unfortunately, the carpet is in desperate need of replacement. And we have a four-legged family member that is using it as it's personal bathroom.

Here's where things get tricky: the plank tile used in the rest of the house has been discontinued, and the new version available just doesn't match. Could it be close enough though? What should we do?

1. Use Updated Tile: It's close but not an exact match (see picture)
2. Pick a New Tile: Should we choose a different tile altogether for the bedrooms? If so, any suggestions on types or styles that might complement the existing tile?
3. Replace the Carpet: really would prefer not to go this route due to the dog.

Any advice, experiences, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
