An option to look ae is LVT. Eigis stone desin core 12 x 24 and 24 x 24 square or micro-beveled edge click together tiles. Slate and stone look are offered. No grout lines. Wven with new subfloor you are likely to need floor filler to get a flat enough surface for a pro level insrall. Pros would include that in the job.
