I know there are a quite a few threads on here now detailing the current market for induction products but we're still stuck on deciding between these options for a full kitchen remodel. Listed out a few pro/cons and thought process. Any help or advise from personal experience would be hugely appreciated! Thanks!

Wolf 36 Induction Cooktop

- Hear it has excellent reliability and customer service

- Tons of functionality (individual burner timers, simmer, boost, warming mode etc...).

- Overall very positive reviews and that it's a dream to cook on

- The new color touch screen that operates it is giving me pause, and coming from gas, really would prefer knobs

- Also don't really love the look of a cooktop, a little too modern

- The oven that would fit beneath it is 30in so wouldn't be symmetrical which looks a little funny IMO.

AGA Elise 36

- Absolutely love the look! The esthetics would look great for our style of kitchen.

- Love that it has knobs and zero screens. Simple operation of both the induction hob and oven. We don't really need the bells and whistles of 20 different oven modes etc...

- The oven doors do feel a little flimsy / very thin, not sure if that's a cause for concern

- Reliability is the biggest challenge here. Seems like lots of really poor experiences with error codes, dead on arrival, replacing electrical panels less than a year in. We do have a local store that sells it and would service it so at least that is a plus.

- The last concern is the width of the range is actually 35 1/2 in where as most induction ranges are 35 7/8. If we got a lemon and needed to replace with a different brand, we're stuck with a space that can only accommodate a 35 1/2 opening.
