I'd say that was Ficus pumila, Creeping Fig.

It appears to still be at the stage where she can decide if she visually likes the wall or a mass of greenery. That vine intends to cover the entire wall, and due to the attachment ability, can take some effort to remove down the road if minds change. Also, be aware that the mature leaf on that plant will be a different size and shape than what is currently shown.
