Cabinet warped next to Bosch diswasher

I've noticed a mildew spot on the inside of my cabinet for about two years. I occasionally bleach the spot. I finally scheduled a repairmen to come see if the excess heat/mositure was messing up my cabinet wall. He came out in November and said it was fine and there was nothing wrong. Because of a broken hose we had pulled the diswasher out to get the hose fixed and this was the inside of my cabinet. It is definitely from the dishwasher. I wish I had looked at it when he was here. What can I do about this? The repair company denies coming to my house and Bosch denies it's their issue because it's no longer under warranty

That's the Water Inlet Housing, Part BSH-00645147. You can replace it for $20 or so.

"Symptoms of a bad water inlet housing include:

Incomplete or inefficient washing
Abnormal noises coming from water components
Water leaking or spraying outside of the dishwasher
Error codes related to water issues"

The repair company denies coming out to your home? How did you pay the repairman? Cash, check, credit card? As long as you didn’t pay cash you have proof. In regards to the damage, I suggest contacting a reputable cabinet maker. See what he can do to repair it.
I would also have a different appliance repair company send someone out.

The repairman didn't charge me because he didn't "fix" anything. He took it apart. Said it wasn't the diswasher because there isn't an actual vent. Put it back in and left. I just assumed it was from the company that Bosch said would be contacting me from.

I don't know much about dishwashers but this is where the issue is coming from. Is that how it's supposed to be?

That looks to be an air gap on the water inlet flume, which is common on many dishwashers if not all of them.

Do you have hard water? It's not clear from the photo if there's any accumulation of mineral residue that could cause water droplets to spatter out of the air gap.

Here's a snapshot from the video the describes how to replace the Water Inlet Housing. The image on the side of the cabinet (above) mirrors the Water Inlet Housing and its attached hoses.
