My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The paint in this house is from the Donald Kaufman Color collection (by Pratt & Lambert). The cabinets are DKC-54 in an Alkyd Satin finish.

The overall room dimensions are 15'-3" wide by 20'-0" long. The stove wall is the long dimension. You should note that the 36" fridge is part of this dimension and isn't shown in this image. It is just behind the counter shown in the bottom right of this image. Please also note that the stairwell upstairs is in part of the space, you can see this in other images of this room.

Sorry, it was a gift to the homeowner many years ago, but not sure who it is.

I am trying to replicate this kitchen and am using a Kohler Guilford sink. I had my windows designed to fit as these. A hutch will be made to duplicate and the cubby cabinet. I hope mine turns out as beautiful and homey as this one. Be proud, all involved!

Can you give me information on the windows over the sink. Are they casement? Gliders? I can't tell from this angle.
