I'm working on the backyard patio of my investment property, and I could really use your input! The current patio is concrete, but I'm considering a few options:
1. Demo half or the entire patio and rebuild it at half the size.
2. Epoxy the cracks to fix it up and leave it for the next owner to decide what to do.
