Help with window sill question

I am seeing a narrow gap between window sill and the drywall. I would like to address it so that I can stop drafts from coming in. Could someone please recommend what would be an appropriate product or solution to use in this instance? Silicone caulk, caulk rope, or something else?
The gap is little more than 1/16". With some effort i can squeeze in a quarter coin.
