27" Wall Oven - Need Recommendation

It's been awhile since I have been on this site requesting recommendations. My 27" inch Bosch wall is starting to give up the ghost. It was a nice oven while it lasted but I can't say much for its longevity. I make pizza almost every weekend so I need to crank the oven to 550 degrees for at least an hour. I think that might be what killed the Bosch! I also do bread baking. I like having a convection setting too but I don't need too fancy. My current Bosch has about 12 different settings and I never used ANY of them (except regular oven and convection). Any suggestions on what I should be looking at?

- The 30" Café CTS70DP2NS1 did well in CR's tests so I'd consider its 27" CKS70DP2NS1 sibling.
- The 30" KitchenAid KOSE500ESS did well in CR's tests so I'd consider its 27" KOES527PSS sibling.
- The 30" Maytag MOES6030LZ achieved a recommended rating; the 27" MOES6027LZ is similar and is much less expensive at Home Depot.
The Cafe appliances may be more reliable per CR's brand survey.

Funny you should mention the outdoor pizza oven because my husband and I have been trying to decide if it makes sense to try to use the outdoor grill for pizza. We have one of those Big Green Egg knockoffs and he can get it pretty hot. Might have to try it at least once.

I do like the Cafe and Kitchenaid ovens. There is one thing about the Cafe that I don't care for - that's the color display for the settings, but I suppose I could get used to it. I just looked at the Bosch 27" wall oven and it's really handsome.

I called a repair guy who came to the house to have a look (I was hoping it was a simple thermostat). He used an infrared gun and said my oven is "in range". It's allowed to be 25 degrees off. I said that ain't right. In baking you need to be precise. He just shrugged. Anyway, there are two parts that could have caused the problem - the first part was available but the second was out of stock and never to be produced again. So I guess I am out of luck doing a repair to the old oven.
