Do you have a budget? And what are your goals, wants, needs? For the bedroom, closets, bathroom, and office?

This is a major remodel involving moving walls and plumbing. Get an interior designer/architect to help you.

New or existing construction?

I’ll ask in a different way: how do you live? Do you use a home office? work from home, or for home and family related tasks? Do you need closets for getting ready for work/events/the day at the same time? Is light spillage into the bedroom when someone might be sleeping an issue? Do you use a tub? Is this the only tub in the home?

It is curious that the primary bedroom has such odd closets, and the office has tons of closets. EDIT: now I see that it is a bedroom that you will use as an office. But still, the best closets are not in the primary bedroom? ANOTHER EDIT: ah, this is a two-bedroom, that front bedroom was not originally a primary. That explains the odd things.

That little hall to the left, does it have a door to this entire suite?

Okay, I focused on moving as little as possible while still meeting the criteria laid out ... basically, I moved the toilet and a sink. I'm sure we could do better moving more ... depends on how much of a renovation you're looking to do. I don't love closets entered from the bathroom, but if you need two sinks, I figured you'd prefer entering from the bathroom than the hall, and it makes the door relatively unintrusive on the usable closet space.

To avoid having the closet door in the bathroom, you could add more hall within the primary and expand the reach in closet ... I moved/turned whatever that thing is in the hall ... don't know if that's possible, since I don't have any idea what it is.

IMO the closets in the office are a huge waste of space why not access one onf those add a door from the hall and have a hige walkin with very little to change

You are lucky to have all that space to work with. Most people have to give up a bedroom to do what you want. Like Blueberry showed you, you don't always have to enter a master bedroom suite from the bedroom.

What is that deep, narrow closet in the hall? Can you incorporate it, or at least part of it into the office closet?

Yes that deep closet can be incorporated into the office by changing the door opening

I like what Blueberry did -- the bathroom is more straightforward, and the bloated hallway is made more reasonable -- but I'll suggest a couple tweaks:

- Move the tub closer to the window. Hang tub towels on the side of the shower above the tub.

- This'll move the shower door to the left, which makes no difference. Go with a shower curtain, a sliding door or hinge the door towards the wall ... so you can hang shower towels on that wall.

- Downsize to a single sink flanked by a bank of drawers for each spouse. You could probably also have a linen tower to store towels inside the bathroom.

As is often true, we're a little lost in the adjectives -- closets are never a HUGE waste. But why THREE in an office? Maybe a wall of bookshelves (perhaps over cabinets) would be more office-appropriate? Consider how those three doors (plus the outside door) will affect furniture placement in this office.
