update a 70’s home, getting new windows

We purchased this home and are replacing the windows with Marvin windows. OurHOA does not allow white or black frames. I have tan, stone or bronze to choose from. Would you suggest painting the trim lighter or use a color a
couple of shades darker?

Dark Bronze Windows, gutters and trim would be my choice.

According to myperfectcolor.com, "The RGB values for Marvin Windows and Doors Bronze (Metal) are 79, 75, 73 and the HEX code is #4F4B49. The LRV for Marvin Windows and Doors Bronze (Metal) is 7.22."

Behr Black Mocha is a similar paint color.

Not an expert here but I don't think that anything other than Bronze is an "uplift".
