What a jumble!

First thing I would do is pop off all that fake stone. Then powerwash the cedar shakes.

Sorry but the dark brown fascia and soffit are the problem. Wait to do anything until you can paint everything.

I would pick a lighter color from the stone (should you choose to keep it) to paint the stucco. The orange is doing the house no favors. Plus the white window frames stick out on a dark house. Lighter field paint will make it more cohesive.
Someone more talented than me can hopefully show you some good options.

Whether fake or not, it doesnt make sense to paint stone (arguably the nicest color of all, and leave mish mash of other random colors. I would do garage door + the trim around it + doors/windows a midtone neutral that de-emphasizes contrast between that and the color of the walls (currently stone). By doing that the ginormous in your face dark brown rectangle wont be the first thing you see as you approach the house. Yes clean and maybe stain the cedar shake - youd have to do that anyway if you were to paint it.

Its hard to see for sure, but, your roof looks dark gray color. The stone seems to be the only thing that goes with the roof. The brown fascia, and soffits, clash with the roof.

If you're going to keep the brown, I'd go with cream paint for the rest. That said, you have interesting window frames, that are a bit lost in the current colors. If you did a slate blue with white trim, your house would look fantastic. I'd paint the shingles to match the house.
