Can you add a bit more context? How big is the suite? Who is going to be using it? Full time or Short term Rental?

How is this space going to be used? Is someone going to be living in this space, will you be renting it out? Do you want a full kitchen with a range and frig? Or do you just want a bar setup with a beverage frig and no cooking?

Single or couple long term rental suite. Yes to a full kitchen.

The suite is a smaller 1 bedroom. I’m unsure if the exactly square ft but I would say around 600-650sqft

The range plug is set up where the 2x4 bearing wall is in the plan.

For the best advice, you’ll need to supply us with detailed dimensions. If everything is “roughed in” them I’m guessing the sink and dishwasher can be moved slightly to the left or right? From what you show & note above the only option would be the fridge to the left of the sink and the range to the right of the DW, providing you have enough clearance to open the stove door?? This is what we need the dimensions for… other than that, a small ikea kitchen cart with a couple of stools is all you have room for with a small seating area in the living space.
