Exterior paint help

The exterior of our home is a combination of brick and siding. Our brick has areas of white spots and the white paint on the house emphasizes the spots. We’d like to leave the brick and change the siding, trim and shutter colors to earthy/neutral tones. I’ve added a pic of our house and an inspiration pic.
