Are you keeping any of the furniture, how much seating is needed/do you have a style/look preference, keeping drapes/rug, what are your functionality requirements and do you have a wish list? Can you provide a diagram with dimensions and doorways. Basically, the more info you provide the more relevant the suggestions will be.

Regarding the ceiling, suggest painting it and the walls, which will not only improve ceiling, but will make the room feel less broken up.

I would paint the ceiling and the brown paneling a white/off-white that complements the tile floor. It looks kind of pink/peach, so be sure to choose a white that isn't yellow or blue. The trim around the doors on the house looks very white against the floor, not in a good way. Once you've arrived at a paint color you will probably want to replace the curtains. Do you need privacy and/or light control in this space?

Does the furniture look jumbled up because you just moved in? This is a large space - try laying out two seating arrangements, or maybe a seating arrangement with a table if you want to be able to eat out here or have a game table.

This is a “extra “ room. It’s not used for any specific purpose except for overflow seating/tv during holidays etc. the furniture is extra (leftover) from the rest of the house. It can be replaced. those pictures you sent are beautiful.

Don't know how you intend to furnish the room but suggest you start by painting the ceiling and the walls, replace the window treatment that will coordinate with your style, could be as shown with curtains and natural fibre roman shade, or simply roman shades...

I was going to suggest with removing all the furniture, painting the ceiling and removing the curtains.

Try the Goldilocks approach to find the most comfortable seating: sit in each piece, decide which is "just right". Donate or sell the other pieces. If none of it passes the Goldilocks test, then replace it.

Any decor item is out here because it is not your favorite, so you can donate it, too.

Once you decide on a layout as well as furniture style and colour, you can choose the paint colours to coordinate.

I think I'd try to paint the wall that's original house exterior to match the rest of the walls inside the porch, so that it looks less external.
