“Would you paint all the trim white…”

Yes, that’ll help, but then which white? Your walls look like more of a Navajo White, the ceiling looks like ceiling white, and the back of the peninsula looks unpainted, actually.

All your posts have been about paint. The major color clash in the space is the grey carpet and the wall color. Any chance you’ll be swapping out the carpet for LVT or even another color carpet any time soon?

If you are keeping that wall color consider a trim white that goes with the warm tones in that paint and in the woods you’ve got. Also, think about painting the peninsula. It doesn’t have to match the wall color, but having it white doesn’t make a lot of sense.

@eam44 We don't intend on switching the carpet anytime soon bc it's actually brand new before we moved in. Is such a light grey/cream that it doesn't look bad against the wall color. I think the lighting in the picture makes it look more grey than it is. The peninsula and wall color is the same color - again just the lighting. I have considered painting the peninsula, I'm just trying to decide on trim first.
