Agree with everything above. Lighter garage doors, screen door same color as front door, fuller landscaping which could just take time, and I do like the idea of the trellis probably stained the trim color

Seems to me that the house looks odd with those windows scrunched up under the roof. Would a trim piece across help break up that empty area and make it look two-story? Mount large light fixtures on the trim, one above each garage door.

And continue the trim across the floor of the porch. As-is, the porch is too unsubstantial. Heavier/thicker railings?

Yes that’s what I was thinking with the Pergola I guess that’s not what it’s called though.like the idea of a more substantial railing.

Maybe a deck that extends the porch floor across the garage? That would cast a deeper shadow line over the garage doors, making them recede, and the railing would fill the space between the doors and the high windows. It could also wrap around the left side, as you suggested, if that make sense.
